Tarifs:

Low Season:    10 Jan - 2 May: Availability & Price on request

Mid Season: 30 May - 4 July : Availability & Price on request

High Season: 4 July - 29 Aug: Availability & Price on request

Easter (4/4 - 18/4) and Xmas (19/12 - 02/01): Availability & Price on request

Water, Electricity & Tourist Tax are charged per week at €150. Wifi, linen & towels incl. Cleaning charged per week (obligatory).

General Conditions

Rental Period : Minimum stay 7 days. Your renting period is starting on Saturday at 16.00 pm till Saturday 10.00 am. We can be flexible on this.

Reservations/Payments: After your reservation you will receive our written reservation and invoice. You are requested to sign the reservation and sent it back to us which means that you agree to the rent and general conditions. Instructions when and how much to pay you can find on the invoice. Unfortunatly we do NOT accept Credit Card payments.

Cancellation: Up to 8 weeks before arrival: cancellation costs are 50% of the total rent excluding guarantee. If you cancel within 8 weeks you have to pay the full rent (excluding guarantee). We therefore advise a cancellation policy.

Villa Guarantee: €800. These amounts cover eventual damages, breakages, additional cleaning, etc. If there is no damage, the guarantee will be returned to you after deduction of costs of water, electricity and tourist tax.

Cleaning: The Villa will be perfectly clean on arrival. Every Saturday during your stay our “femme de menage” will come and clean. Costs for cleaning which are NOT included in the rent for the house. €210 per week.

Number of guests: There is a maximum of 6 adults + 2 children. If these maximums are exceeded the rent can be terminated immediately without compensation.

Pets: Most of them are welcome, but only after consultation with owner before final booking.

Salt water Swimming Pool (12 m x 6 m) : Is regularly cleaned and in use from mid April to November. During cleaning, swimming is not possible.

Barbeques: This can only be used after consultation with the owner and depends of the weather conditions.

Responsiblity during your stay: You are legally responsible for house (incl. furniture), swimming pool and garden. We require proof of insurance to confirm your stay.
